Who is Juana Clark Craig

I started as a developer and moved into project management. In most organizations I’ve worked with, project management is heavy. Too many processes. Too many moving parts. And most people find it overwhelming.

I wanted something that was simpler. and easier. I wanted to create something that would help people with projects who weren't project managers. That’s how Project Management Lite was born. The year was 2012.

Years of juggling projects and life taught me that if you define what you're trying to do, come up with a plan to do it, and execute it, you can get anything done, one project at a time.

So, at work and in my personal life, even through life's challenges and transitions, I turn to what I know and have used nearly every day of my career: project management. It helps me bring order out of chaos.

Today, I share the insights, hard-learned lessons, the tools I built to survive my own chaos, and the new paths I'm exploring. I don't claim to have all the answers. I just share what's worked for me. Take what you like, leave what you don't, or adapt it to navigate whatever complex project or life transition you’re dealing with right now.

If that sounds like you, then you're in the right place.
